This Personal Data Protection Statement by Anchor Yachting d.o.o. shall apply from 29 August 2020, and it is based on the General Data Protection Regulation.
This Statement explains what data we collect, for which purposes we use them and how we manage them.

Anchor Yachting d.o.o. shall process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and national laws based on the said Regulation, with the application of appropriate technical and security measures for the protection of personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, detection, loss or destruction.
We, Anchor Yachting d.o.o commit ourselves to protect the client’s personal data in the manner that we collect only essential basic information about guests/end users that are required to fulfill Anchor Yachting d.o.o obligations; we inform clients of information collection and regularly give them a choice about their data, including the decision whether they wish to have their name used or removed from the lists used in marketing campaigns. All informations provided will be kept strictly confidential and accessible only to employees who need those informations to perform their job. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the policy rules.
Anchor Yachting d.o.o. is obliged not to misuse your personal information contained in the orderly form. Personal information is considered to be all the data used for determining Buyer’s identity (such as first and last name, email address, home address etc.).
Anchor Yachting d.o.o. will not deliver nor reveal Buyer’s personal information to third parties, apart from cases in which such actions are strictly mandated by the law in force and in cases when such actions are needed for the fulfilment of obligations.
All Buyer’s information is strictly protected and is available only to those employees who need such information in order to perform their job. All employees and business partners of Anchor Yachting d.o.o. are responsible for respecting privacy protection principles.
Anchor Yachting d.o.o. is obliged to ensure the protection of Buyer’s personal information by collecting only basic information on the Buyer’s, i.e. only information needed for the fulfilment of obligations.
Anchor Yachting d.o.o. has the right to use information that is automatically recorded during each visit to the website, and is not considered as personal information (browser used, number of visits, time spent on the website etc.) for the sole purpose of making website visitation estimations and for website content and functionality enhancement.
Anchor Yachting d.o.o. informs all Buyers regarding the usage of collected data and regularly offers its Buyers the choice when it comes to the usage of their information, including a possibility for a Buyer to decide whether he/she wants his/her name to be removed from the lists used in marketing campaigns.
In a case of change of any personal information (for example, home address, reservation number etc.) that was provided during a registration process, the Buyer is obliged to inform Anchor Yachting d.o.o. about such changes. In a case that Anchor Yachting d.o.o. was not informed of such changes mentioned above, Anchor Yachting d.o.o. shall not be considered responsible not viable regarding any reservation problems.

 

Cookies
